UpTo is a casual invite app that lets you share what you're up to with friends. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Posts expire automatically based on the expiry you set when creating them. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my account, which permanently removes your account and associated data.
UpTo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can update your profile information within the app at any time. To request deletion of your data or a copy of the data we hold about you, contact us at support@uptoapp.net.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of UpTo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
